B18 智能 AI 助手（B18百科）隐私政策

B18 TECH（以下简称“我们”或“B18”）非常重视您的个人信息和隐私保护。本隐私政策说明 B18 智能 AI 助手（B18百科，以下简称“本应用”）如何收集、使用、存储、共享及保护您的个人数据。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读本政策。

一、我们收集的数据

本应用不要求用户注册账号，不收集用户姓名、手机号、身份证号、邮箱地址等个人身份信息。当您使用本应用时，我们可能收集以下信息：

• 设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本号、网络状态信息、错误日志信息。该类信息仅用于保障服务稳定运行，不用于识别用户身份。
• AI 功能输入数据：当您使用 AI 聊天或 AI 智能搜索功能时，我们会收集您输入的问题与消息、当前视频播放时间戳、您的语言/地区偏好、当前视频的聊天记录上下文，以及由设备网络请求自动携带的设备类型及网络信息。

二、数据用途

我们仅将收集的数据用于以下目的：

• 生成 AI 回复；
• 根据视频内容为您提供上下文相关的回答；
• 保障服务稳定运行、排查故障及改进服务；
• 法律法规规定的其他用途。

三、数据接收方与第三方共享

为向您提供 AI 功能，您的 AI 功能输入数据会发送至 B18 AI 服务器（b18.ai），并可能由 B18 AI 转发给第三方人工智能服务提供商 Google Gemini（由 Google 提供），以生成回复。

Google Gemini 受合同约束，须按照与本隐私政策相同或同等的标准保护您的数据，且仅可将您的数据用于为本应用生成回复，不得将您的数据用于提供本应用服务之外的任何目的。

除上述情形外，我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或交易用户信息。仅在以下情形可能披露您的信息：

• 获得您的明确授权；
• 法律法规要求；
• 司法机关或行政机关依法要求；
• 为维护公共安全、我们或他人的合法权益所需。

四、数据保护与安全

我们采用 HTTPS 加密传输、安全访问控制等合理安全措施保护您的数据。聊天记录默认保存在您的设备本地；服务端可能为提供服务而临时保留相关数据，我们不会超出提供服务所需的时间保留您的数据。

请注意，互联网环境并非绝对安全。我们将尽力保障您的数据安全，但无法承诺绝对安全。

五、您的权利

• 知情与同意：首次使用 AI 功能前，本应用会向您展示隐私同意弹窗，明确告知数据收集范围、接收方及用途，并在您点击“同意并继续”后才会将相关数据发送至第三方 AI 服务。
• 撤回同意：您可以随时在本应用「设置 > 隐私与数据」中撤回同意。撤回同意后，AI 聊天与 AI 智能搜索功能将不可用，但您仍可浏览和观看视频。
• 本地数据：您的本地聊天记录保留在您的设备上，直至您手动清空。

六、未成年人保护

本应用主要面向普通用户提供服务。若您是未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用本应用，并建议在监护人同意后使用涉及个人信息处理的 AI 功能。

七、政策更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在本页面发布，重大变更会向您发送通知或重新征求同意。

Privacy Policy - B18 Smart AI Assistant (B18百科)

B18 TECH ("we", "us", or "B18") values your personal information and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how B18 Smart AI Assistant (B18百科, "the App") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

1. Data We Collect

The App does not require user registration and does not collect personal identity information such as name, phone number, ID number, or email address. When you use the App, we may collect the following information:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, network status, and error logs. This information is used solely to ensure stable service operation and is not used to identify you.
• AI Feature Input Data: When you use AI chat or AI smart search, we collect your questions and messages, current video playback timestamp, language/locale preference, chat history context for the current video, and device type/network information automatically carried by device network requests.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

• Generating AI responses;
• Providing context-aware answers based on video content;
• Ensuring stable service operation, troubleshooting, and improving the service;
• Other purposes required by applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Recipients and Third-Party Sharing

To provide AI features, your AI feature input data is sent to B18 AI servers (b18.ai) and may be forwarded by B18 AI to the third-party AI service provider Google Gemini (provided by Google) to generate responses.

Google Gemini is contractually obligated to protect your data under standards that are the same as or equivalent to this Privacy Policy, and may only use your data to generate responses for the App, not for any other purpose.

Except as described above, we do not sell, rent, or trade user information to any third party. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit authorization;
• As required by laws and regulations;
• As requested by judicial or administrative authorities in accordance with law;
• As necessary to protect public safety or our legitimate rights and interests.

4. Data Protection and Security

We use reasonable security measures such as HTTPS encrypted transmission and secure access controls to protect your data. Chat history is stored locally on your device by default; server-side data may be temporarily retained to provide the service. We do not retain your data longer than necessary to provide the service.

Please note that the Internet environment is not absolutely secure. We will do our best to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

• Notice and Consent: Before using AI features for the first time, the App displays a privacy consent dialog clearly informing you of the scope of data collection, recipients, and purposes. Your data will only be sent to third-party AI services after you tap "Agree & Continue".
• Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent anytime in the App under "Settings > Privacy & Data". After withdrawal, AI chat and AI smart search will be unavailable, but you can still browse and watch videos.
• Local Data: Your local chat history remains on your device until you manually clear it.

6. Protection of Minors

The App is intended for general users. If you are a minor, please use the App under the guidance of a guardian, and we recommend obtaining guardian consent before using AI features that involve personal data processing.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page, and material changes will be notified to you or require renewed consent.
